Hi! I’m Natasha! I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where clients feel supported as they navigate challenges, learn new skills, and build more fulfilling lives. Creating a space rooted in trust and collaboration is important to me, as I believe our work together should feel like a true partnership focused on helping you grow and thrive.
I have training in multiple therapy modalities, including CBT, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based counseling. I am pursuing advanced training in ERP for OCD treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other modalities to offer you the best care possible and meet you wherever you are.
I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating OCD, depression, anxiety, and much more. My goal is to help you feel truly seen, heard, and understood throughout our work together. You don’t have to face these challenges alone—I am here to walk alongside you.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater confidence, joy, and fulfillment!
When I’m Not Counseling…
You can find me cooking/baking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. I also love reading and video games when time allows!
Why Is Having a Clinical Intern As My Therapist A Great Choice?
An “internship” can mean so many things these days! In the therapy world, a clinical internship is completed when a therapist is about to finish their master’s level graduate training and receive their Licensed Professional Counselor credential through the Ohio State Board. Natasha has been training for two years in psychotherapy techniques and modalities. She has also been a career coach and has designed a mentorship program during her previous studies. And here’s another bonus! Because clinical interns are steeped in their graduate level training, they also have more opportunities for consultation and collaboration with experts than at any other point in their career, allowing them to offer exceptional care. Please feel free to reach out to Natasha directly or to info@purposeful-path.com with any more questions about working with a clinical intern.
