Meet Leah

Therapist, MSW, LSW, (Licensed Social Worker), she/her

Hey! I’m Leah. When life feels heavy or uncertain, taking the first step toward support can make all the difference. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your relationships, struggling with anxiety or shame, or navigating questions about sexuality or identity, you don’t have to face it alone. As a therapist, I take a holistic and collaborative approach—drawing on humor, research, and concrete interventions—while always centering around compassion and curiosity. I also bring a strong foundation in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, shaped by my work in LGBTQIA+ and immigrant communities. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and make meaningful progress toward the life you deserve.

In my work with couples, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tools from The Gottman Method, and sex therapy techniques to help partners strengthen their emotional bonds, improve communication, and navigate conflict with greater understanding. I also have a unique specialization in out-of-control sexual behavior within relationships, as well as personality disorders. Whether addressing concerns around communication, mismatched libidos, or healing from past experiences, we can work together to find deeper understanding, joy, and connection within your relationship.

I also enjoy working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, sexual health concerns, boundary or relationship concerns, and shame, as well as teens and adults navigating out-of-control sexual behaviors. Because of my role as a sex and relationship therapist, attachment and intimacy can also be incorporated within individual treatment goals. We’ll work together to uncover patterns, explore emotions, and build tools to support healing and growth. Whether you’re hoping to problem-solve specific challenges, gain insight into your relationships, or simply have a safe space to process life’s ups and downs, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting—but it’s also incredibly brave. If you’re ready to trade shame for self-compassion and begin creating the change you want to see, you are in the right place. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
