Meet Stacey
Therapist, MSW, LSW, (Licensed Social Worker), she/her
Hi! I’m Stacey! Life rarely moves in a straight line, and when big shifts happen—whether that’s a major career change, stepping into a new relationship chapter, navigating parenthood, or simply figuring out who you are in a new phase of life—it can affect every single part of your world. These turning points can easily leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from the people and things that matter most. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of the next step, I want you to know that you don't have to figure it all out alone.
In our work together, my biggest priority is meeting you exactly where you are today—no judgment, no pressure, and no rigid expectations. Therapy should be a warm, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll take a close look at what’s getting in the way, help you reclaim your sense of agency, and give you the tools and confidence you need to genuinely take charge of your life and relationships.
When working with couples, I rely on my Gottman Level 1, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) training to help partners break out of frustrating communication loops, rebuild trust, and rediscover genuine connection and joy.
For individuals and couples alike, my DBT certification allows us to roll up our sleeves and work on practical, real-world skills—like managing intense emotions, staying grounded through stress, and communicating effectively when it matters most.
Whether you’re looking to heal a relationship or navigate a major life transition with greater clarity and resilience, my goal is to walk alongside you every step of the way. When you're ready, I'd love to help you build a life and connection that feels fulfilling, intentional, and authentically yours.
When I’m Not in the Therapy Room…
you can usually find me embracing the beautiful chaos of family life with my husband and our three teenage kids. I’m a proud dog mom to three English Bulldogs who keep us constantly entertained (and surrounded by snoring!). To recharge, I love exploring new places and traveling whenever we get the chance.
